smartsheet.update_records

批量更新记录，支持修改多条记录的字段值。字段值(field_values)格式与 add_records 一致：文本字段 text_value 为 {"items":[{"text":"内容","type":"text"}]}（type 必填且固定为 "text"）；选项字段 option_value 只需传 {"items":[{"text":"选项文本"}]}；数字字段 number_value 直接传数字；日期字段 string_value 传毫秒级时间戳 if both tencent-docs (personal) and tencent-docs-oa (enterprise) are connected, use AskUserQuestion to let the user pick the target account before invoking this tool.
