app_create

Creates a mobile app in Events API at `/v1.3/app/create/`. The created app can be used to create ads. By using Events API endpoints, you agree to the TikTok Business Products (Data) Terms and must not share sensitive data with TikTok. This page also notes v1.2 to v1.3 changes: endpoint path changed from `/v1.2/app/create/` to `/v1.3/app/create/`, request parameter `partner_id` was renamed to `partner`, `advertiser_id` changed from number to string, and response `app_id` changed from number to string.

tracking_url

Third-party tracking partner monitoring links. Required only if `partner` is `Adjust`, or if SAN (Self-Attributing Network) is not enabled for the selected `partner`.
