Gets the balance information for a Business Center. Both Agency and Direct Business Centers can perform payment-related operations. Only users with Finance Manager or Finance Analyst permission can manage payments and invoices in a Business Center; use /bc/member/invite/ and /bc/member/update/ to configure or update member access settings.
