bc_billing_group_update

Updates the settings of a Business Center billing group at `/open_api/v1.3/bc/billing_group/update/`. Both Agency and Direct Business Centers can perform billing-group operations. Only users with Finance Manager or Finance Analyst permission can manage payments and invoices in a Business Center; member access can be configured with `/bc/member/invite/` and `/bc/member/update/`. Compared with v1.2, v1.3 changes the path from `/v1.2/bc/billing_group/update/` to `/v1.3/bc/billing_group/update/`, renames `billing_group_name` to `new_billing_group_name` and `billing_group_emails` to `new_billing_group_emails`, and changes `bc_id`, `billing_group_id`, `add_advertiser_ids`, and `delete_advertiser_ids` from number types to string types.

List of ad account IDs to remove from this billing group.

is_primary

Whether to set this billing group as the default billing group for the Business Center.

new_billing_group_emails

New list of emails for the billing group. If provided, this field uses full-replacement update mode and overwrites the billing group's existing email list; resubmit the complete list you want to keep.

new_billing_group_name

New name for the billing group.
