bc_invoice_task_list

Gets asynchronous Business Center invoice download tasks of type `BILLING_REPORT`, `INVOICE_LIST`, and `INVOICE_BATCH`. If a task has completed successfully, the response includes a download URL for the file. Both Agency and Direct Business Centers can perform invoice-related operations. Only users with Finance Manager or Finance Analyst permission can manage payments and invoices in a Business Center; use `/bc/member/invite/` and `/bc/member/update/` to configure or update member access settings.
