bc_invoice_unpaid_get

Gets the total unpaid amount for a Business Center account. Both Agency and Direct Business Centers can use invoice-related operations. Only users with Finance Manager or Finance Analyst permission can manage payments and invoices in a Business Center; use /bc/member/invite/ and /bc/member/update/ to configure or update member access. In v1.3, the `bc_id` request parameter type changed from number to string compared with v1.2.
