Gets the list of ad accounts linked to the specified pixel. Endpoint: /v1.3/bc/pixel/link/get/. Version note: compared with v1.2, the path changed from /v1.2/bc/pixel/link/get/ to /v1.3/bc/pixel/link/get/, and the `bc_id` request parameter type changed from number to string.
