bc_pixel_transfer

Transfers a pixel to a Business Center (BC) using POST /open_api/v1.3/bc/pixel/transfer/. To transfer successfully, if the destination is an Agency BC, the request must be made by an admin user of that Agency BC and the ad account originally tied to the pixel must be owned by that Agency BC. If the destination is a Direct BC, that Direct BC must have admin permission for the ad account originally tied to the pixel. Compared with v1.2, the endpoint path changed from /v1.2/bc/pixel/transfer/ to /v1.3/bc/pixel/transfer/, and the `bc_id` request parameter type changed from number to string.
