blockedword_task_download

Downloads the exported blocked words file after an export task completes. The response is a CSV file. In v1.3, the endpoint path is `/v1.3/blockedword/task/download/` and `advertiser_id` must be sent as a string; in v1.2, the path was `/v1.2/blockedword/task/download/` and `advertiser_id` was a number.
