catalog_lexicon_get

Retrieves the lexicon list for a catalog. A lexicon is a list of variables that can be used in ad text when promoting the catalog. In v1.3, `bc_id` and `catalog_id` are strings, and the response uses `metadata` and `lexicon_id`.
