TOOL API

catalog_product_file_upload

Uploads catalog products from a CSV file URL and processes the add/update task asynchronously. The response returns `feed_log_id`, which you can use to check processing status and final results via `/catalog/product/log/`. Use this endpoint instead of `/catalog/product/upload/` for an initial catalog upload or a regular full upload performed about once per day. Only CSV Catalog Feeds are supported. Product images (`image_link`) must be at least 500 x 500 px or the product will not be approved. Entertainment catalogs and mini series catalogs are allowlist-only, invitation-only features. SKU is unique within the same product catalog and belongs to a specific feed, so all SKU operations must be performed under that feed. A feed can handle only one file task at a time; new tasks fail until the current file task completes. Processing speed is about 5 million entries per hour and depends on service load.

Input parameters

bc_idrequired

Business Center ID.

catalog_idrequired

Catalog ID.

feed_id

Feed ID. If provided, the `update_mode` in this request does not affect the feed's own update mode.

file_urlrequired

Download URL of the CSV file to upload. The file must contain fewer than 20 million product rows. Only CSV Catalog Feeds are supported. For hotel and flight catalogs, alias fields in the CSV are automatically mapped to existing fields. Product images (`image_link`) must be at least 500 x 500 px or the product will not be approved. For short drama catalogs targeting multiple regions, call `/catalog/product/file/` multiple times with the same `series_id` and different `country` values; then read the consolidated targeting through `target_config` and `additional_product_list` in `/catalog/product/get/`. If an additional image URL contains commas, URL-encode them as `%2C` before placing them in the CSV.

update_mode

One-time update mode for the current request only. `OVERWRITE` replaces all products in the catalog with the products in the file. `INCREMENTAL` adds products from the file; if a product with the same SKU already exists, that product's data is replaced. Default is `INCREMENTAL`. If you pass `feed_id`, this field does not affect the feed's update mode.
