changelog_task_create

Initiates a change log download task for an ad account using the specified filters. Endpoint: /v1.3/changelog/task/create/. Compared with v1.2 (/v1.2/activities/task/create/), v1.3 renames `opt_types` to `operation_types` and `order_field` to `order_fields`, changes `advertiser_id` from number to string, changes `order_fields` from string to string[], and deprecates `page` and `page_size`.
