comment_task_download

Downloads exported ad comments data after an export task completes successfully from /v1.3/comment/task/download/. The export is returned in CSV format with headers: Content, Likes, Replies, Comment Type, Create Time, Campaign Name, Ad Group Name, and Ad Name. User-name mentions in comments are converted to "@user_name" in the exported table. Compared with v1.2, the endpoint path changed from /v1.2/comment/task/download/ to /v1.3/comment/task/download/, `advertiser_id` changed from number to string, and v1.3 adds the `csv` response field.
