crm_list_get

Gets the list of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Event Sets in an advertiser account. You can filter results by CRM Event Set ID or exact name. By using Events API endpoints, you agree to the TikTok Business Products (Data) Terms (https://ads.tiktok.com/i18n/official/policy/business-products-terms) and must not share sensitive data with TikTok. This endpoint requires existing CRM Event Sets in the advertiser account; if none exist, create them first with /crm/create/.

Input parameters

advertiser_idrequired

Advertiser ID.

event_set_ids

List of CRM Event Set IDs to filter by. Maximum 50 IDs. Exact match only. If omitted, all CRM Event Sets in the advertiser account are returned. Only CRM Event Sets whose IDs match values in this field are returned; unmatched IDs are ignored. If both `event_set_ids` and `name` are provided, the result is either the single event set that matches the exact name and has an ID in `event_set_ids`, or empty if no event set meets both conditions. Note: An advertiser account can have at most 50 CRM Event Sets.

name

CRM Event Set name to filter by. Length limit: 1-40 characters. Exact match only. If omitted, all CRM Event Sets in the advertiser account are returned. If the provided name does not match any CRM Event Set, the result is empty.
