diagnostic_catalog_eventsource_issue_get

Retrieves diagnostic information for event sources bound to a catalog. Before using this endpoint, bind an event source to the catalog in Business Center using /catalog/eventsource/bind/ or in TikTok Ads Manager. To verify which event sources are bound to the catalog, use /catalog/eventsource_bind/get/.

Input parameters

app_id

Required when `event_source_type` is `APP`. App ID bound to the specified `catalog_id`. To retrieve App IDs bound to the catalog, use /catalog/eventsource_bind/get/.

bc_idrequired

Business Center ID. To get the list of Business Centers you can access, use /bc/get/.

catalog_idrequired

Catalog ID. To get the catalogs under a Business Center, use /catalog/get/.

event_source_typerequired

Event source type. If set to `APP`, you must also pass `app_id`. If set to `PIXEL`, you must also pass `pixel_code`.

event_type

Event type to retrieve diagnostic data for. Default is `VIEW_CONTENT`.

pixel_code

Required when `event_source_type` is `PIXEL`. Pixel code bound to the specified `catalog_id`. To retrieve Pixel codes bound to the catalog, use /catalog/eventsource_bind/get/.

time_range

Time range to retrieve diagnostic data for. Default is `LAST_7_DAYS`.
