file_video_suggestcover_get

Gets a list of suggested thumbnail images for a video creative from `GET /open_api/v1.3/file/video/suggestcover/`. Use the returned image URLs to preview candidates, then choose one to set as the thumbnail for your video ad. For recently uploaded videos, wait 30 seconds to 5 minutes before calling this endpoint so the video can finish transcoding and processing; calling earlier may return an `Insufficient permissions for some videos` error.
