Removes creatives (TikTok posts/videos) from a Product or Live GMV Max Campaign, or adds back creatives that were previously removed. The campaign must be active; to find active GMV Max campaigns, use /gmv_max/report/get/ with `filtering` set to `{"campaign_statuses":["STATUS_DELIVERY_OK"]}`. For Product GMV Max Campaigns, the campaign's `product_video_specific_type` must be `AUTO_SELECTION`. After submitting `REMOVE` or `ADD`, wait 20 minutes before checking updated statuses in /gmv_max/report/get/. If a creative is successfully removed from a Product GMV Max Campaign, its `creative_delivery_status` in /gmv_max/report/get/ becomes `EXCLUDED`.

item_listrequiredList of TikTok posts (videos) to remove or add back. Maximum 400 items per request. This endpoint allows removal of up to 10,000 posts from a GMV Max Campaign, with a limit of 400 posts per request. For example, to exclude 800 posts, send two requests with 400 posts each.
