page_library_transfer

Migrates leads from an ad account to a Business Center by creating a form library to hold the ad account's leads. Endpoint path: /v1.3/page/library/transfer/. Compared with v1.2 (/v1.2/pages/library/transfer/), v1.3 uses string data types for `advertiser_id`, `bc_id`, and the returned `library_id`.
