Input parameters
add_app_listApps to add to the block list. Use iTunes IDs for iOS apps and package names for Android apps. When `clear_old_app=true`, the original block list is cleared first and then these apps are added; when `clear_old_app=false` or omitted, these apps are added based on the existing list.

clear_old_appWhether to clear the original app block list first. Default is `false`. If `false` or omitted, the request deletes apps in `delete_app_list` and adds apps in `add_app_list` based on the existing list. If `true`, the original list is cleared and then apps in `add_app_list` are added.
delete_app_listApps to delete from the block list. Use iTunes IDs for iOS apps and package names for Android apps. This applies when `clear_old_app=false` or omitted; when `clear_old_app=true`, the original block list is cleared and then only `add_app_list` is applied.
