review_smart_plus_campaign

Render the Campaign Review UI for one or more existing TikTok Upgraded Smart+ Campaigns. Use this tool after the review-first creation flow has successfully created the Campaign, all planned Ad Groups, and all planned Ads with status DISABLE. Pass the advertiser_id and the campaign_ids returned by the Campaign creation calls. This tool is read-only. It retrieves the existing Campaign, Ad Group, and Ad settings and renders the complete setup for user review. It does not create, update, enable, pause, or delete any TikTok advertising object. Do not use this tool for an unsaved proposal or a pre-create configuration preview. If the user asks only to draft or preview settings and explicitly says not to create anything, explain that the Campaign Review UI requires an existing disabled Campaign and do not call any creation tool. If the user asks to create a Campaign with review, create the Campaign, all planned Ad Groups, and all planned Ads sequentially with status DISABLE. Confirm that each creation call succeeded, then call this tool with the resulting campaign_ids. After rendering the review UI, do not enable any Campaign, Ad Group, or Ad until the user explicitly approves the reviewed setup. After a campaign is successfully enabled, surface the confirmed campaign information to the user. Include the campaign name, campaign ID, current status, and the number of successfully submitted ad groups and ads. If the result is partially successful, show the successful campaign information first, then summarize which ad groups or ads were not submitted and why. Never state that a campaign is enabled based only on the enable request. Confirm the final campaign status from the tool response first.
