split_ test_ update
Updates the start_time and end_time of a split test. For campaign-level split tests, time is applied at hour granularity only, so any minute or second values are defaulted to 00; the split test's start_time and end_time do not overwrite the start or end times of the campaigns and ad groups in the test. For ad group-level split tests, the test start_time and end_time are applied to both ad groups under the split test group. Once a split test has started, start_time cannot be updated for either campaign-level or ad group-level split tests.
