term_check

Checks whether an agreement has been signed for the specified advertiser and term type. If the agreement has been signed, you can retrieve the agreement with /term/get/. In v1.3, the endpoint path is /v1.3/term/check/ and `advertiser_id` changed from number in v1.2 to string in v1.3.
