Returns device model enumeration values for an advertiser from `/open_api/v1.3/tool/device_model/`. Compared with v1.2, the endpoint path changed from `/v1.2/tools/device_model/` to `/v1.3/tool/device_model/`, `advertiser_id` changed from number to string, and response fields were renamed from `name` to `device_model_name`, `id` to `device_model_id`, and `children` to `child_device_ids`.
