Gets information about a Spark Ads post that the advertiser is authorized to use as an ad via /open_api/v1.3/tt_video/info/. You must first obtain an authorization code from the TikTok post owner in the TikTok app by enabling Ad authorization and generating a code. Pass that authorization code in this request. In v1.3, `advertiser_id` is a string, and several IDs and authorization times in the response changed from numeric/datetime types in v1.2 to strings in v1.3.
