tto_tcm_anchor_delete

Deletes an anchor in draft mode that was created on the TikTok One platform. This endpoint only applies to anchors whose `status` is `DRAFT` and uses `POST` at `/open_api/v1.3/tto/tcm/anchor/delete/`.
