Updates a TikTok One (TTO) Creator Marketplace campaign at `/open_api/v1.3/tto/tcm/campaign/update/`. This endpoint appends supported list values rather than replacing them: `handle_names` adds new creators to the existing invited-creator list for campaign-level invite-link campaigns, and `advertiser_ids` adds new ad accounts to the existing associated-account list. `handle_names` and `send_notification` are only applicable to campaigns whose `campaign_type` is `CAMPAIGN` (campaign-level invite link). `handle_names` is not supported for `BRAND_LINK` campaigns.

Input parameters
advertiser_idsList of additional ad account IDs to associate with the campaign. When a creator's video is linked to the campaign, these ad accounts are automatically granted Spark Ads authorization for the video. You can specify ad accounts that share the same business center, legal entity, or logged-in email. New ad accounts are added to the existing list rather than replacing it. Max size: 50.
campaign_idrequiredThe ID of an existing TTO Creator Marketplace campaign to update. To retrieve existing campaigns for the specified TTO Creator Marketplace account, use `/tto/tcm/campaign/`.
campaign_typerequiredThe type of the TTO Creator Marketplace campaign. Use `CAMPAIGN` for a campaign with a campaign-level invite link, or `BRAND_LINK` for a campaign with a brand-level invite link. This value determines which other fields are valid: `handle_names` and `send_notification` are valid only for `CAMPAIGN` campaigns.
handle_namesList of additional TikTok creator handle names to invite. Valid only when the campaign identified by `campaign_id` is a campaign-level invite-link campaign (`campaign_type=CAMPAIGN`); not supported for brand-level invite-link campaigns (`campaign_type=BRAND_LINK`). New creators are added to the existing list rather than replacing it. Max size: 100.
send_notificationWhether to send invitation notifications to the inboxes of the creators listed in `handle_names`. Valid only for a campaign with a campaign-level invite link (`campaign_type=CAMPAIGN`). To identify such a campaign, use `/tto/tcm/campaign/` and select one with `campaign_type` equal to `CAMPAIGN`. Supported values: `true`, `false`. Default value: `false`.
tto_tcm_account_idrequiredThe ID of the TTO Creator Marketplace account. To obtain account IDs accessible by the `Access-Token`, use `/tto/oauth2/tcm/`.
