Retrieves creator industry labels or content tag labels associated with TikTok One (TTO) creators. Depending on `label_type`, the returned labels are used differently: `RANKING` labels can be used with `/tto/tcm/rank/` to obtain up to 100 US creators who rank highest for that label, while `SEARCH` labels can be used with `/tto/tcm/creator/discover/` to discover creators.
