tuniuHotelCreateOrder

Creates a hotel booking order on Tuniu once the user has confirmed the room and stay dates. Before calling it, fetch the hotel details and available rates with tuniuHotelDetail and take preBookParam from roomTypes[].ratePlans[]; price verification is done automatically, so there is no need to call tuniuHotelVerifyPrice. If the rate cache has expired, call tuniuHotelDetail again with the same check-in and check-out dates to refresh it. Each guest in roomGuests needs a firstName and lastName, and if the selected rate requires an English name or an email address, collect those from the user first, since the tool returns an error when they are missing.
