Fetches full details for a Tuniu hotel, including facilities, room types, policies and ratings. When the user asks to see or view a hotel and its hotelId or hotelName is already known from the conversation or earlier search results, call this tool directly with that value instead of asking the user to confirm a search. If a rate plan returns bookingRequirements, show them to the user and collect the required information before calling tuniuHotelCreateOrder.
