wan_generate_result

Wait for and retrieve Wan image generation result. Internally polls the job status — no need to call repeatedly. Keep wait_seconds <= 50 to stay within the 60s MCP client timeout. Args: job_id: Job ID returned by wan_generate_submit wait_seconds: Max seconds to wait (default 50, max 300). Tool polls internally.
