get_todo_list

Retrieves the current authorized user's own to-dos within about a month of today. Leave follower_id out by default and only fill in the current user's userid if the upstream reports a missing parameter; a missing follower_id does not mean the authorization expired (re-scan the QR code only when it actually expires).
