拉取评论数量，默认 10。

commentsDirection

评论排序：0倒序 1正序。

likesCount

拉取点赞数量，默认 10。

likesDirection

点赞排序方向，0=倒序。

synckey

翻页/增量同步游标，默认 0。Sync / page cursor, default 0.
