书城搜索。必须显式传 scope：找书=10，泛搜=0，网文=16，听书/专辑=14，作者=6，全文=12，书单=13，公众号=2，文章=4。回包 results[].scope 可能不等于请求 scope（电子书分组常为 17）。 Search the WeRead store. Always send scope; do not wrap args in params. If the gateway returns upgrade_info, treat it as an error and follow upgrade_info.message.

keyword必填

搜索关键词。去掉口语前缀，只留核心词。

scope

0全部 10电子书 16网文 14听书 6作者 12全文 13书单 2公众号 4文章。Agent 必须显式传。

maxIdx

翻页偏移，默认 0。Pagination offset, default 0.

count

每页数量。官方未指定时不要传，让服务端用默认值。Page size; omit unless the user asked.
