create_auth_oauth_client

Registers an OAuth client with the branch's Neon Auth OAuth server. A confidential client returns `client_secret` only once: show it to the user and tell them to store it. Every entry in `resources` must already be configured on the OAuth server (see `get_auth_oauth_server`) or be its MCP resource. `type` cannot be changed later. branch_id is a branch id (br-...), not a branch name. Call list_branches to resolve a name.
