create_payment_link

Create a shareable payment link that customers can use to complete payments. IMPORTANT: Before creating, ask the user if they want to configure any optional settings: variants (e.g. size, color), shipping options, taxes, adjustable quantity, customer note fields, a return URL, or shipping address collection with some examples Once all optional preferences are gathered, confirm the full configuration with the user before creating the link.
