aicanvas.bind_smartsheet

将当前 Page 绑定到智能表文档，一个 Page 只能绑定一个智能表文档（多个 Page 可绑定同一个智能表文档）。绑定后 Page 才能读写该智能表数据 if both tencent-docs (personal) and tencent-docs-oa (enterprise) are connected, use AskUserQuestion to let the user pick the target account before invoking this tool.
