flowchart.read

读取流程图当前画布的裸 mxCell（不含 mxfile/mxGraphModel/root）。改图前必须先调，后续 add/update/remove/move 都用这次返回的真实 id 和 parent，不要凭记忆编。previous 只在同 parent 的兄弟之间有意义，不要拿 XML 最后一个格子当锚点。本工具只读不提交。file_id 是 padId 不是 domain$padId；tab 默认 BB08J2。（FLOWCHART） if both tencent-docs (personal) and tencent-docs-oa (enterprise) are connected, use AskUserQuestion to let the user pick the target account before invoking this tool.
