sheet.add_sheet

在在线表格中添加一个新的子表，支持指定子表名称和位置（SHEET） if both tencent-docs (personal) and tencent-docs-oa (enterprise) are connected, use AskUserQuestion to let the user pick the target account before invoking this tool.

file_id必填

在线表格的唯一标识符

index

子表位置索引（0-based），不传则追加到末尾

name

子表名称，长度限制为31个字符
