获取全部批注或指定页批注。⚠️ page_index 未传时按 0 处理（仅返回第 1 页的批注），如需获取全部页批注务必显式传 -1（SLIDE） if both tencent-docs (personal) and tencent-docs-oa (enterprise) are connected, use AskUserQuestion to let the user pick the target account before invoking this tool.
