smartsheet.add_fields

批量新增字段，支持同时添加多个不同类型的字段。位置由每个字段的 before_field_id 控制（插到该 field_id 之前；省略则与历史行为相同，追加到列末尾），不是数字 index。指定位置前须先调用 list_fields 取得目标 field_id；相同 before_field_id 的多个字段按数组顺序连续插入 if both tencent-docs (personal) and tencent-docs-oa (enterprise) are connected, use AskUserQuestion to let the user pick the target account before invoking this tool.
