adgroup_appeal

Appeals a rejected ad group and requests re-evaluation after review rejection. After submitting an appeal, wait for processing and call /adgroup/review_info/ to check the appeal status and updated review status. Version note: in v1.3, `advertiser_id`, `adgroup_id`, and `ad_id` are strings; in v1.2 they were numbers.

ad_id
