adgroup_review_info_get

Gets ad group review information, including approval status, rejection reasons, and suggestions so you can fix rejected ad groups before deployment. In v1.3, `advertiser_id` and `adgroup_ids` are strings and `lang` was added. For Smart+ ad groups with partial or complete review failure (`review_status` in `ad_group_review_map` is `PART_AVAILABLE` or `UNAVAILABLE`), the `ad_id` values in `ad_review_map` are not real ad IDs and cannot be used with `/ad/review_info/` to fetch ad-level review details. Instead, treat each `ad_id` as a material in the Smart+ Campaign, inspect `reject_info` from this `/adgroup/review_info/` response, and then update the Smart+ Campaign via `/campaign/spc/update/`.
