bc_advertiser_create

Creates an ad account in a Business Center via `/open_api/v1.3/bc/advertiser/create/`. You must be an Admin user of the Business Center. To create auction ad accounts, set `advertiser_info.type` to `AUCTION`; `DIRECT` Business Centers can create only `AUCTION` ad accounts. If the ad account is registered in the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, France, Brazil, or Mexico, you must first upload business license or other qualification images through `/bc/image/upload/`. For advertisers registered in the Chinese mainland, UnionPay verification may be required; check eligibility with `/bc/advertiser/unionpay_info/check/`. Important: as of September 26, 2024, UnionPay verification has been implemented for ad account creation in Business Centers via `/bc/advertiser/create/` for advertisers registered in the Chinese mainland. Existing API workflows will continue to function until January 8, 2025. Affected developers need to implement the new workflow before January 8, 2025, after which integrations might no longer function correctly. This endpoint does not support creating multiple ad accounts in one request; create them one by one. Each user can create a maximum of 10,000 ad accounts across all Business Centers. Business Centers also have daily and total creation quotas that vary by Business Center type; if you hit quota limits, use `/bc/advertiser/disable/` to disable active ad accounts and free quota. The advertising function must already be open in your location. `tied_to_billing_group` and multiple Payment Portfolios are allowlist-only features.
