bc_create

Business Center create can be used to set up users with new advertiser accounts. BC represents the company. A bc_id is required for certain downstream operations when managing BC assets like advertiser accounts, assigning or sharing assets (pixels, catalogs, identities). This tool can be used only for generating accounts for advertisers of type self-serve, meaning it's meant for advertisers and not agencies or other roles. Collect required contact information, before calling, collect and confirm all required inputs: registered_area, company_name, bc_name, timezone, currency, and complete contact_info, including name, email, phone, phone_region_code, and secondary_industry. Do not guess missing values. Do not use it for SELF_SERVICE_AGENCY or other Business Center types, direct the user to TikTok Ads Manager instead. If the user already has a bc_id, do not create a new one via MCP. Prompt the user to select an existing BC, or direct them to TikTok Ads Manager if they need to create another. When need Business Verification, qualification documents are uploaded in the TikTok Ads Manager BC UI verification page.
