bc_
Gets the list of partners for a Business Center. You must be an Admin of the Business Center to use this endpoint. In v1.3, the endpoint path is `/v1.3/bc/partner/get/` (previously `/v1.2/bc/partner/get/`), the filter parameter changed from `keyword` to `name`, and `bc_id` changed from number to string in both the request and response.
