dmp_custom_audience_lookalike_create

Creates a lookalike audience for an advertiser using an existing audience under the same advertiser account as the seed audience. Newly created audiences can take up to 48 hours to be analyzed and processed before becoming active. Use /dmp/custom_audience/get/ to check audience status; only audiences with `is_valid` can be operated on. In v1.3, `mobile_os` replaces `system`, `advertiser_id` and `source_audience_id` are strings, `placements` is `string[]`, and `include_source` is boolean.
