List of action targeting objects. Within each object, `action_scene`, `action_period`, and `video_user_actions` are required; `action_category_ids` is also required when `actions` is specified and is valid only when TikTok placement is the only placement selected in your ad group.

Age groups to target.

Audience IDs to include.

Carrier IDs to target. A carrier is valid only when its `in_use` field is `true`. Carriers must be consistent with the targeted `location_ids`.

Device model IDs to target. Only active devices (`is_active = true`) from `/tool/device_model/` can be used. `device_model_ids` and `device_price_ranges` cannot be set at the same time.

Device price range to target. Values must be multiples of 50. `10000` means `1000+`. The upper limit you set is increased by 50 and that new number is used as the actual upper limit for targeting. For example, if you set and get `[0, 250]`, it actually means `[0, 300]`.

Audience IDs to exclude.

Gender to target.

Interest category IDs. If specified, users who do not meet the interest target will be excluded during delivery. Omit this field if you want to target everyone.

Interest keyword IDs for audience targeting.

Language codes to target. If you do not want to limit languages, pass an empty value or omit this field.

Location IDs to target. Overlapping targeted locations are not supported; for example, you cannot target the U.S. and the state of California at the same time.

Minimum Android version to target.

Minimum iOS version to target.

Device connection types to target. Default: `unlimited`.

Device operating systems to target. Only one value is allowed.

Saved Audience name. Maximum 512 characters and cannot contain emoji.
