Gets the list of music available for video creation or Carousel Ads creation from both the advertiser's uploaded music and the Audio Library (Commercial Music Library) at /open_api/v1.3/file/music/get/. For Audio Library music, TikTok recommends caching results and refreshing monthly because the library does not update frequently. Copyright notice: music provided by TikTok can only be used for creatives served on TikTok; you must not download, distribute, make available, or perform the video or embedded music on other media unless you separately obtain permission from the rights holders.

filteringFilter conditions for music search. Which nested fields are valid or required depends on `music_scene` and `search_type`.
music_sceneScenario where the music will be used. `CREATIVE_ASSET` = Creative Tools; `CAROUSEL_ADS` = non-shopping Carousel Ads; `CATALOG_CAROUSEL` = Shopping Ads (VSA) Carousel. Default is `CREATIVE_ASSET`.
pageCurrent page number. Default: 1. Must be >= 1. The product of `page` and `page_size` cannot exceed 100,000. When `search_type` is `SEARCH_BY_RECOMMEND`, `SEARCH_BY_LIKED`, or `SEARCH_BY_MUSIC_ID`, pagination is not supported and `page` and `page_size` are ignored.
page_sizePage size. Default: 1,000. General range: 1-1,000. The product of `page` and `page_size` cannot exceed 100,000. When `search_type` is `SEARCH_BY_RECOMMEND`, `SEARCH_BY_LIKED`, or `SEARCH_BY_MUSIC_ID`, pagination is not supported and `page` and `page_size` are ignored. When `search_type` is `SEARCH_BY_KEYWORD` or `SEARCH_BY_HISTORY`, the default is 200 and the allowed range is [1,200].
search_typeRequired when `music_scene` is `CAROUSEL_ADS` or `CATALOG_CAROUSEL`; not supported when `music_scene` is `CREATIVE_ASSET` or omitted. `SEARCH_BY_KEYWORD` requires `filtering.keyword` and cannot search user-uploaded music. `SEARCH_BY_RECOMMEND`: when `music_scene=CAROUSEL_ADS`, requires `filtering.image_urls` and returns up to 500 recommended tracks; when `music_scene=CATALOG_CAROUSEL`, requires `filtering.catalog_id` and `filtering.catalog_authorized_bc_id`, then choose one product scope: pass none of `filtering.product_set_id`, `filtering.item_group_ids`, and `filtering.sku_ids` for all products, pass either `filtering.product_set_id` or `filtering.item_group_ids` for a product set, or pass `filtering.sku_ids` for specific products. Recommended search cannot search user-uploaded music. `SEARCH_BY_LIKED` searches the Liked list and returns up to 1,000 tracks. `SEARCH_BY_HISTORY` searches the History list. `SEARCH_BY_MUSIC_ID` requires `filtering.music_ids`. `SEARCH_BY_SOURCE` requires `filtering.sources`; for Carousel Ads, only user-uploaded music can be filtered. When set to `SEARCH_BY_RECOMMEND`, `SEARCH_BY_LIKED`, or `SEARCH_BY_MUSIC_ID`, pagination is not supported and `page` and `page_size` are ignored.
