payment_
Creates a Payment Portfolio and links eligible ad accounts to it. Linked `advertiser_ids` must belong to the same client as the Payment Portfolio. To link an ad account that belongs to a Business Center, you must have Finance Manager or Admin access to that Business Center; verify this with `/bc/get/` by checking `user_role` and `finance_role`. If the ad account does not belong to a Business Center, you must have Admin or Operator access to the ad account.

advertiser_ids必填List of ad account IDs to link to the Payment Portfolio. You can only link ad accounts that belong to the same client as the Payment Portfolio. Maximum 20 IDs. If an ad account belongs to a Business Center, you must have Finance Manager or Admin access to that Business Center; verify this with `/bc/get/` by checking `user_role` and `finance_role`. If an ad account does not belong to a Business Center, you must have Admin or Operator access to the ad account. If `advertiser_ids` contains any invalid ID, the entire request fails.
payment_portfolio_name必填Name of the Payment Portfolio.
payment_portfolio_typeType of Payment Portfolio. `SHARED` creates an Advanced Payment Portfolio, where funds are centrally managed and jointly used by all linked ad accounts. Defaults to `SHARED` if omitted.
