payment_portfolio_credit_line_update

Allocates a client's credit line across one or more Payment Portfolios using percentage-based allocation. Send `allocation_details` with up to 10 target portfolios. Each portfolio's credit line is then adjusted based on its configured percentage, so if the total credit line changes later, each portfolio's credit line changes proportionally. A portfolio's available credit line is automatically restored when outstanding bills are settled, so no manual reallocation is needed for that case.
